Its clear: lucite is all the rage right now.  (Did you catch that little play on words??!  Welcome to my corny sense of humor.)

I am so thrilled to share a truly exciting find!

Lucite Bar Cart

This lucite bar cart is in terrific condition.  The lucite is in great shape.  The wood shows a little wear from use (a circle water mark — Can’t you just imagine a bottle of opened champagne sweating a circle into that top during a great party?!).  It measures 33″ high and 34.5″ wide at the top.  I love the wood top.  Brings a little Danish-Mod into the mix.

Let’s peak at some other lucite bar carts out there for inspiration.

Lower height – nicely styled.  Love the flamingo!

Today’s featured find is a great pair of Frederick Cooper HEAVY marble & brass lamps.  These were a great estate find.  I was told by the original owner (a former interior decorator) that they are Frederick Cooper, though there is not a Frederick Cooper sticker or other marking on them, so I can’t verify.  They are 24″ tall to the socket and 32″ to the top of the harp.  Wouldn’t they look great with black shades?

Marble Brass Lamps

$200 for the pair.
